THE TYPE OF LEADERSHIP INVOLVED


The Starfish & Spirit Accelerator is for movement-ready leaders within an organization that are rethinking power dynamics for a community on mission (for more traditional or microchurch expressions or faith- based organizations).

Coaching and training for a core group of strategic leaders within an organization to understand, translate, integrate and unleash the gifts, talents, skills, and knowledge of every member throughout the entire community by embracing a holistic ethos of leadership.


Dynamics: each session has input, reflection, discussion, and application in a collaborative environment. There will be some pre-reading and videos prior to each session.
